Selected
candidates
shall
take
admission
at
the
appointed
time
and
date
in
the
College
concerned
after
paying
the
tuition
fee
and
other
fees
to
be
paid
failing
which
the
offer
of
admission
will
be
cancelled.

1. Seat will be filled in the order of merit according to the available vacancies

at that time.

2. Sessions scheduled for admission will be cancelled if there are no vacant
-
seats.

3. Late reporting will not be entertained.

4. If a candidate is absent on the given date and time, he/she will be removed from the list and he/she will not be considered for further vacancies. However, if a wait listed candidate has to report for admission at some other college under 'Kerala Catholic Engineering college Management's Association' for a confirmed seat at the same time , a duly authorized relative of the candidate with a duly identification document may come for admission as the representative of the candidate to the college in which he/she is waitlisted at the time allotted to the candidate. But if the admission is offered, the candidate himself/herself has to report with original certificates and fees within 24 hours failing which the admission will be offered to next eligible candidate.

6. For genuine reasons, management will have the right to deny admission

to any candidate even if otherwise eligible.
