Vimal Jyothi Engineering College has not appointed any agents for admission to B.Tech/MBA Programmes. Applications, when called for, shall be sent by post or submitted in person at the College office.

Admission Policy:
The order of selection shall be as follows:
1.Open merit
2.Community merit
3.SC/ST merit
4.Dalit Christians merit
5.Latin Catholic merit
Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the College concerned after paying the tuition fee and other fees to be paid failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled.
1.Seat will be filled in the order of merit according to the available vacancies at that time.
2.Sessions scheduled for admission will be cancelled if there are no vacant seats.
3.Late reporting will not be entertained.
4.If a candidate is absent on the given date and time, he/she will be removed from the list and he/she will not be considered for further vacancies.
5. If the candidate cannot appear for counselling under unavoidable circumstances, his/her parent/guardian can come as a representative with an authorization letter from the candidate. Click here to download the Authorization Letter format.
6.If it finds that information in the application is false, admission will be denied.
7.For genuine reasons, management will have the right to deny admission to any candidate even if otherwise eligible.
8.If a candidate wishes to cancel his/her higher options, the request has to be submitted in the prescribed format available at the admission desk. 9.Candidates have to ensure that he/she has enough copies of certificates/mark lists with him/her. Request to take certificates/ mark lists back to take copies will not be entertained.
Merit list for the different categories will be published in the website/college notice boards. Selection will strictly be in the order of merit. Selected candidates will not be intimated by post and they are advised to refer to the web site /college notice board and appear for the interview and final selection without fail.

1). Two recent passport size colour photos.
2). SSLC Book / Equivalent Certificate.
3). XII / Plus Two Mark List & Pass certificates or equivalent.
4). Admit Card of CEE Kerala 2011.
5). Mark Sheet of CEE Kerala 2011.
6). Transfer Certificate from Institution last studied.
7). Course & Conduct Certificate from Institution last studied.
8). Community certificate (in case of SC/ST/Latin Catholic/Dalit Christian)
9). Income Certificate (in case of fee waiver scheme)
10). Original certificates from the parish priest to consider in the Christian community merit.
